Hasn't stopped asking about them

I am a dental hygienist and recently received samples of your product at the office I work in. I have a son with ortho and I will be in full braces soon. My son loved using them and hasn't stopped asking about them since he ran out of samples. Thank you!

    I am also a dental hygienist. Our practice sees a lot of ortho patients. I recieved my free samples and tried them on a couple patients. I don't know if these are easier for pt's to use or what, but I didn't feel that the floss kept tension, so I didn't feel it was doing it's job.

    Shawna thanks so much for the post regarding the tension of the floss. The floss not feeling taut enough to you indicates that you'll need to put a bit more pressure on the spatula end of the Platypus. The slightly loose tension of the floss was created specifically to ensure that you completely avoid the brace wire. By putting pressure on the spatula end you in turn make the floss very tight and do not interfere with the wire. Hope that helps and please let us know if you see an improvement!
